As an integral part of our family, we are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic part-time Salon Experience Coordinator to ensure the salon's vibrant atmosphere.

Your role as a Salon Experience Coordinator goes beyond the responsibilities of the front desk and salon duties—it's about setting the tone for an unforgettable customer journey. We are looking for individuals with a natural, radiant smile and a positive demeanor committed to making every service experience fun and exciting for our young clients. Organization and grace under peak demand are key qualities, as you play a pivotal role in enhancing our reputation through genuine and trusting customer relationships.

Responsibilities include:

Warmly greet and provide exceptional service to all guests
Efficiently manage salon software, appointments, and traffic flow
Book and confirm appointments via phone and email
Actively promote and sell hair care products, ensuring well-stocked retail shelves
Uphold health and safety standards in compliance with state board of cosmetology/barbering regulations
Maintain a clean and tidy store environment
Process transactions with a friendly and professional demeanor
Assist with hair washing, blow-drying, and mini-cures
Contribute to opening and closing procedures

Requirements:

Salon experience with washing and blow-drying skills preferred
Previous receptionist or equivalent experience is essential
Wear a welcoming smile as a part of your uniform!
Demonstrate responsibility and dependability
Must be available to work weekends and weekdays (not suitable for students who are in school during the day)

Compensation: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
